Visitor privacy information.
What you need to know when searching the website, arranging appointments and visiting external services.
Information date: October 17, 2026. Website contact: [email protected].
Site search
New question-and-answer and publication searches are processed within the browser; free-text searches are not added to the URL. Topic, category and question IDs may appear in shareable links. If you arrive using an old free-text link, the address is converted to a local search when the page opens; the initial request may still include that old URL. Do not enter names, contact details or personal health information into the search.
Bladder–Bowel Diary
Information entered in the diary is held only in the memory of the open tab; it is not sent to a server, included in the URL or saved in the browser's persistent storage. Refreshing or closing the page deletes the records. You may use a code instead of an identity. Close the tab when you have finished on a shared device.
Print or Save as PDF opens your browser's print dialog. The security of the resulting file and paper copy is under your control. The diary is not sent automatically to the clinic; agree on a sharing method with the clinic. This tool does not generate an automatic diagnosis, treatment or clinical score.
Technical hosting
The website server and Cloudflare process request information to deliver pages and operate the service technically. Cloudflare Network Error Logging (NEL) headers may be enabled; this mechanism may include technical information about failed network requests. This page does not make a commitment about account-level retention periods or all browser storage behavior. Contact the designated contact point for details of data processing.
External services
Clicking DoktorTakvimi, YouTube, Google Maps or publisher links takes you to the relevant service. These services have their own privacy practices. The DoktorTakvimi link only opens the physician's profile; the appointment calendar on this website belongs to the clinic. No external calendar, map or video is loaded automatically as an embed.
Clinic appointment procedures
If online appointments are enabled, the full name of the person attending, the selected mother's or father's contact number, and the date and time are processed in the clinic's own calendar. If you wish, you may add parental contact details, the reason for the visit, height and weight, chronic conditions, previous surgery, allergies and regularly used medications. These additional fields are optional; a field left blank or marked not specified is not interpreted as none.
Contact details and preliminary health information are stored in encrypted form and displayed only to authorized clinic staff who are signed in. When health information is added, a separate sharing notice and consent are requested; the record/update time, text version and record source are held within the encrypted field. This preliminary information is for appointment preparation; it does not replace diagnosis or a physician's assessment. No identity number, date of birth or document upload is requested.
If WhatsApp verification is enabled, only the selected contact number and a one-time code are processed through Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver the code. Other family contact fields and preliminary health information are not included in this message. People who do not use WhatsApp can call the clinic to arrange an appointment. A separate WhatsApp notification to the clinic contains only a reference and the date and time. Additional preliminary information is not included in the appointment confirmation, calendar file or URL.
Contact and personal information
This website does not provide patient file uploads or automated medical assessment. Limit information shared by email or phone to what is necessary, and agree with the clinic on how to send medical documents. Questions and requests about privacy can be sent to the contact address above.
